Our team will work with the client to finalize a layout and design for the light placement. The final design will be visually cohesive, complementing the home's architectural features.
Installation Process:
Lights will be installed on the specified areas, ensuring they are securely attached and arranged in a way that prevents damage to the home.
Electrical connections will be safely made, with all wiring properly insulated and secured to avoid any hazards or damage.
Testing:
All lights will be thoroughly tested upon installation to ensure proper functionality. Any faulty lights or wiring will be addressed immediately. If anything is missed, the client will notify Sparkle.ly about the light and we will come back and ensure it is working properly.
Christmas Lights:
The lights used in this installation will be leased to the customer as part of the Light Lease Program. Sparkle.ly retains ownership of all lights and equipment, including the lights, extension cords, and mounting materials.
Energy-efficient LED lights will be used throughout the installation to ensure durability, longevity, and a visually appealing display.
Extension Cords & Power Supplies:
Appropriate extension cords and power supplies will be provided, with all connections secured to avoid tripping hazards.
Mounting Materials:
Hooks, clips, and other mounting hardware will be used to securely fasten the lights to the roofline, columns and peaks, ensuring a clean and safe installation.
Removal:
Lights will be removed after the holiday season, typically in the first week of January, unless otherwise specified. Removal will be done carefully to prevent damage to the lights or the home.
Storage:
Lights and materials will be packed and stored at our storage facility until the following season.
Weather Considerations:
Installation is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow, or strong winds.
Electrical Safety:
The property owner is responsible for ensuring that their electrical system is capable of supporting the installation. If the homeowner is unsure, an electrical inspection may be advised.
Customer Approval:
Final design and placement of lights will be approved by the client before installation begins. Any changes after installation has started may incur additional costs.
